11:00 - 1:00 Central Standard Time / via Zoom
Facilitated by Arlyn Miller
As the coronavirus and its constraints wear on, we can get stuck in our heads and in stale patterns of thinking. This generative 1-session workshop is designed to get you out of thinking in circles and into imagining and writing in new directions. After a brief guided meditation, participants will be invited to write for 5 - 15 minute intervals in response to prompts and short written models. We’ll close the workshop with 15 minutes for questions and discussion.
This workshop is tailored to inspire writers and would-be writers of all levels and genres. So whether you need to get going, get unstuck, or simply want some fresh ideas, this workshop is for you—in the comfort of your own home, wherever that may be.
(If you’re interested in participating but this date/time doesn't work for you, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org with preferred days/times and I’ll keep them in mind for future workshops.)
