9:00 am - noon
Offered in-person at the Palatine Public Library, 700 N. North Court, Palatine, IL and on Zoom.
Sometimes we experience something so profound, that it seems to divide our lives into before and after. We'll look at how that experience unfolds in different ways for the writers of several mentor poems. Participants are invited to bring in a poem of their own on that topic, or any other, for critique. All levels of experience are welcome, including aspiring poets.
Led by long-time, popular Northwest Cultural Council guest instructor Arlyn Miller in partnership with Poets & Writers and the NWCC's Second Saturday Poetry Series.
Requested fee, as shown, is $15 but no one will be turned away for inability to pay. To make payment or for more information, please email contactpoeticlicense@gmail.com.
