Metta meditation, also known as loving-kindness meditation, is meant to evoke expansive feelings of warm-heartedness by reciting prescribed words and phrases. In this single-session workshop, we’ll explore writing creatively to personalize and enhance the practice. No prior writing or meditation experience is required.
